Dioko & Sons Heritage Holdings Limited is a privately owned, closed-end, investment company incorporated in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. We are a centralized repository and private holding vehicle for our shareholders’ proprietary capital. We do not manage funds or portfolios for external clients or third parties. We do not provide investment advice.
Our mission is the long-term preservation and appreciation of capital through its strategic, diversified, balanced, and conservative deployment in global financial markets and instruments. Our capital management philosophy is strictly long-term focused, eschewing high-frequency trading, speculative derivatives, and active commercial trading. When and where appropriate, the firm also examines opportunities for the philantropic and charitable distribution of its capital.

Leonardo (Don) A. N. Dioko
Don is an academic and published scholar. He spent the last 24 years as a Full Professor in a high-ranking university and as Director of an international research center.
Ao Kuai Fan
Ms. Ao has held various senior and leading positions in Human Resources in several industries and organizations, accumulating a total of 30 years professional experience.
